In 2023,

In April 2023 construction of our no.2 factory building (a 5-storey office building) started.

On Jul 4 2023 our management held a meeting to discuss and finalize our 5-year strategy from 2023 through 2028 .

On Jul 11 2023 our “application of co-pyrolysis theory and gasification technology based on biomass nature” won the Science & Technology Prize of Jiangsu (2nd prize).

On Nov 1 35% of our equity was transferred to Yunsheng Group upon certification of Wuxi Equity Registration & Custody Center.

In Dec 2023 we obtained the license of Jiangsu Taihu Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.

In 2022,

A trade union re-election was held on Apr 28th, during which Yang Dongxiao, Zhang Jian, Huang Shengguo and Qin Hua were elected members of the trade union and Yang Dongxiao chosen as the chairman. Both our company and the individuals pay trade union fee as required.

A review of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 systems was held from Dec 14th through 16th.

An re-election of the board of directors was held on Dec 14th, during which Wu Jianming, Yuan Songyi, Gu Liping, Qiang Xiaomin and Yang Fan became members and Wu Jianmin the chairman. Members of the new board of supervisors include Li Yuqin, Zhou Keli and Li Lingfeng, among whom Li Yuqin also acts as chairman.

In Dec 2022 we were certified by Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu as a specialized and new little giant enterprise.

In 2021,

We passed on Mar 29 through 30 an ASME conformity review to renew our certificates to use “S” & “U” stamps.

We passed on May 25 through 26 an on-site review to renew our A class boiler manufacture license.

We passed on Oct 27 an on-site review of our implementation of the promotion plan of Jiangsu enterprise intellectual property strategy of year 2019;

Our office removed on Dec 10 from Xize Building to our existing plant located at No.19 Luoyang North Road, Luoshe, Huishan District, Wuxi, bringing our office and workshops together.

We passed on Dec 21 through 22 an annual review of our ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems.

In 2020,

On Jan 15 we managed to pass an examination to renew our A-class boiler installation license.

In Aug we were granted an intellectual property management system certificate.

We passed on Dec 5 through 6 an on-site review to renew our A2 class pressure vessel manufacture license;

On Dec 8 a temporary board meeting was called to appoint our president Wu Jianming as our general manager as well.

In 2019,

In Aug a meeting of stockholders and a board meeting were held, during which Wu Jianming was appointed as our president and legal representative.

From Jun 27 through Jun 28 the working conference of the year 2019 of CEEIA Industrial Boiler Branch on technology of the industrial boiler industry was held in our company.

On Apr 19 we managed to pass conformity assessment of the management system of integration of information technology and industrialization

In 2018,

On Dec 14 an examination was conducted to supervise our implementation of QES management systems.

From Dec 7 through Dec 12 our middle level management, Party members, and role models visited the revolutionary base in eastern Fujian to receive patriotic education.

From Jul 16 through Jul 18 an inspection was performed to assess our qualifications as a vendor of China National Nuclear Corporation.

On Apr 26 Sun Gang, secretary general of China Machinery Industry Federation visited our company, and we were re-certified as a Modern Management Enterprise.

In 2017,

From Dec 21 through Dec 22 a review was conducted to assess conformity of our QES (quality, environment and safety) management systems to the newly issued standards (new editions).

On Dec 16 a mobilization meeting for introducing the U8ERP system was held.

From Dec 11 through Dec 12 a joint review for renewal of our ASME certificates was conducted.

In 2016,

we managed to receive a Design License of Special Equipment for D2 class pressure vessels and ISO14001 and ISO18001 certificates, and complete renewal of our A class boiler manufacture license and A2 class pressure vessel manufacture license. Besides, we signed a contract worth 280 million CNY to supply waste heat boilers for the industrial silicon industry, and On 23 Nov entered into a contract with Yunsheng Group to achieve strategic cooperation.

In 2015,

leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Special Equipment Licensing Office of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine visited our company to preside over a working conference on revision of Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Administration Regulation.

In 2014,

we introduced 5S on-site management and clean production within the whole company, and passed an examination in this regard at the end of the year. We also held the 3rd Session of The 2nd Workers Congress during which the Employee Handbook was adopted by voting. Besides, we passed the AAA credit rating review carried out by CEEIA Industrial Boiler Branch.

In 2013,

we held the 2011 and 2012 summing-up and commending meeting, and hosted the 6th Meeting of The 5th CEEIA Industrial Boiler Branch Council.

In 2012,

we passed respectively inspections to renew our ASME certificate and Manufacture License of Special Equipment (for A Class Boiler). We also held the 2nd shareholder meeting in which the new board of directors including Lu Daojun, Lu Shihong, Gu Liping, Yang Dongxiao, Chen Biao, Shao Peigang, and Qiang Xiaomin and new board of supervisors including Wang Dong, Li Liang, and Qiang Minggang were elected. During the meeting Lu Daojun and Lu Shihong were elected Chairman and Vice Chairman of Board of Directors, and Wang Dong was elected Chairman of Board of Supervisors.

In 2011,

we held the 2009 and 2010 summing-up and commending meeting, won “Role Model of Machinery Industry”, Our board of directors appointed Lu Shihong on Mar 2011 as general manager；Our office removed on May 2011 to 20th floor, Xize Building, No.8 Luonan Road, Wuxi, held a celebration of our 45th anniversary of foundation, and became an “Modern Management Enterprise”.

In 2010,

we invited experts to give our middle level and senior management “training in West Point’s management mode”, won again Jiangsu Quality Prize, passed the Boiler and Pressure Piping Installation Certificate renewal examination, finished election of leaders of our general Party branch who organized all our Party members and middle level management to visit Mount Jinggang, and completed CEEIA‘s (Chinese Electrical Equipment Industry Association) credit rating and quality credit rating for industrial enterprises of Jiangsu.

In 2009,

we held a mobilization meeting of in-depth study and practice of scientific development, and passed an inspection to become an engineering technology center of Wuxi and completed renewal of our ISO9001 certificate.

In 2008,

we took part in CCTV’s National Tour (coming to Wuxi) in Memory of the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up

In 2007,

election of deputies for the 2nd Township & District People's Congress was held in our company, and our general manager Lu Ping was elected a deputy of Huishan district and vice general manager Lu Shihong a deputy of Luoshe town. Besides, we passed an on-site examination to become a Clean Production Enterprise, and an on-site inspection to qualify for Special Fund for Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Jiangsu. We became a Technical Research Center of Industrial Boiler Clean Combustion Engineering of Jiangsu, and won Jiangsu Quality Prize. Our “wind power generation drum” program was also inaugurated in Industrial Park of Luoshe

In 2006,

our first 127t/h waste heat boiler was successfully shipped out. We also passed an examination to receive Installation, Alteration, Repair & Maintenance License of Special Equipment for ClassⅠBoilers, and renewed our ISO9000 certificate.

In 2005,

we were awarded Top 500 Machinery Enterprises of China and China's 500 Most Valuable Brands.

In 2004,

we passed an examination to upgrade our boiler manufacturing license to class A.

In 2003,

we built our computer network, and launched our ERP program. We acquired former Chengdu Boiler Plant to incorporate Sichuan Taihu Boiler Co., Ltd. We became a National High and New Technology Enterprise, and obtained our own state-approved import & export right.

In 2002,

we managed to complete renewal of our boiler manufacturing license (class B), and became a AAA Credit Enterprise. We developed and made in cooperation with Jinan Fin the first automatic CNC drum drilling machine in the domestic boiler & pressure vessel industry, and successfully put it into use. Besides, we acquired 42% of Luoshe Hotel's stock to become its controller, and our president Lu Daojun won the honor of Role Model of Innovative Production.

In 2001,

we invited professors from the two famous Universities, Tongji and Fudan, to give us a lecture, and introduced corporate image building.

In 2000,

we passed an examination by Technical Supervision Bureau of Jiangsu to receive a Boiler Installation, Repair & Maintenance License.

In 1999,

we officially acquired Jixi Taihu Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and founded in cooperation with Ningxia Machinery and Electronics Group Ningxia Yinhu Wine Co., Ltd.

In 1998,

our boiler manufacturing license was upgraded to class B, and Jixi Boiler Plant became Jixi Taihu Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 1997,

we merged Xishan Xiling Welded Tube Plant and established at its former site a subsidiary named Taihu Special Boiler Plant, and Taihu Boiler Group transformed into Jiangsu Taihu Boiler Co., Ltd. We also received an ISO 9001 certificate, and started to support Jixi Boiler Plant.

In 1996,

we received from the Ministry of Labor and Personnel Manufacture License of Special Equipment for Class Ⅰ& Ⅱ Pressure Vessels, and managed to pass a joint inspection by an authorized agency of ASME to become the first among township enterprises all over China to be authorized to use ASME “U” and “S” stamps. On 30 Oct that year former Vice President Hu Jintao visited Taihu Boiler. Besides, our application for use of “Taihu” brand for our SZL type products was accepted by the Trademark Office.

In 1995,

As approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, we became in 1995 one of the first National Township Enterprise Groups. We were also certified as High Technology Enterprise by the provincial Committee of Science and Technology, and our general manager Lu Daojun won the honor of Outstanding Manager of China.

In 1994,

we received a pressure vessel manufacturing license from Labor Bureau of Jiangsu, and our Party branch upgraded to a general Party branch.

In 1993,

we established Association of Science and Technology of Taihu Boiler and incorporated Taihu Boiler Group. In the same year we also founded Taihu Boiler Installation Company and Research Institute of Taihu Boiler, and merged Wuxi Industrial Boiler Auxiliary Plant.

In 1992,

former General Secretary of the Communist Party and President Jiang Zemin visited our company and kindly received our plant director Lu Daojun.

In 1991,

the Industrial Boiler Testing Center of Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry certified that the SZL15-1.6-AⅡ boiler developed by Luoshe Branch of Wuxi Taihu Boiler Plant was the first coal fired shop-assembled water tube boiler of this capacity ever successfully made in China.

In 1990,

former Prime Minister Li Peng visited our company and inscribed readily“Develop township enterprise by science and technology”, and wrote an inscription of “Wuxi Taihu Boiler Plant” for us.

In 1989,

we received a Level 2 Metrology Certificate, and passed in June an examination to become a National Level 2 Enterprise. Our 10t/h shop-assembled boiler also became a State Level Major New Product of 1989.

In 1988,

an SZL10-13-AⅡ shop-assembled boiler of our plant managed to pass in Tianjin Tanggu Development Area thermal testing and measurement. It also passed examination and verification by the competent authority of Jiangsu. Moreover, our boiler manufacturing license was upgraded from DII to DI.

In 1987,

we received a Level 3 Metrology Certificate.

In 1986,

our trade union was founded, and first workers' congress held.

In 1984,

our four-storey office building was completed, and we were certified as a DII class boiler manufacturer.

In 1982,

Party committee of Wuxi County made a major organizational adjustment, incorporating Wuxi Boiler Plant (i.e. Luoshe Boiler Plant) with Wuxi Nanquan Boiler Plant (i.e. Nanquan Boiler) to form Wuxi Taihu Boiler Plant. Such an organizational change paved the way for our receipt of a boiler manufacturing license in the 3rd quarter that year after passing an examination by the Ministry of Machinery Industry and Ministry of Labor and Personnel.

In 1981,

Xu Fu'an and Ge Heqing, together with their families, migrated from Harbin Boiler Plant to the southern Wuxi Boiler Plant and settled down here. Xu Fu'an held the position of deputy secretary of the Party branch, while Ge Heqing was the first certified engineer and boiler expert in the history of our plant.

In 1978,

we started to produce in accordance with the drawing designed last year DZL10 fire tube boilers, which passed testing and evalution and achieved success. The first of this type was installed in Suining Fertilizer Plant.

In 1977,

Chen Haoda became our deputy secretary of Party branch. We also changed our name to Wuxi Boiler Plant, and designed in cooperation with Industrial Boiler Research Institute of Shanghai the DZL10 fire tube boiler.

In 1976,

we established our Party branch with Tao Tongsen acting as deputy secretary.

In 1974,

to match our business of boiler production we changed our name from Ironware Cold Working Plant to Luoshe Boiler Plant.

In 1972,

our first completely handmade boiler was finished after half an year's hard work and sold to Jiangxi Hukou Foods Plant.

In 1971,

Xu Linsen, vice director of former Wuxi Boiler Plant and an offical sent to the counryside initiated us into manufacture of boilers. In the same year we produced for Bengbu Air Compressor Plant a drum, which was our first try at a pressure vessel and crucial to our later boiler production.

In 1969,

we developed on our own and produced screwing taps

In 1968,

we produced related equipment for for Nanjing Titanium Dioxide Plant, and cupola furnaces for Shanghai People's Machinery Plant.

In 1967,

we bought from Shanghai for 500 CNY our first mechanical equipment, an old type British-made belt driven lathe, and built at the former site of Wuxi Green Wave Fishhook Plant a simply constructed workshop.

In 1966,

the Party Committee of Luoshe authorized the side business office to establish Ironware Cold Working Plant of Luoshe, whose initial staff included Sun Renyuan, Li Kexi, Wang Youren, Wang Yougen, Wan Mingkun, Wan Mingcai, Shen Mingren, and Fan Ziyun who was in charge. The plant mainly produced little handmade products such as iron dustpans, fire buckets and kerosene stoves.
