Waste heat boiler series are boilers that use waste heat from industrial processes to generate steam. They are widely used in chemical, petroleum, coking, cement, household garbage and sludge, metallurgy, papermaking, glass and enamel industries.
Our company mainly produces flue-type waste heat boilers. The boiler evaporation capacity is 0.5t/h～220t/h, the steam pressure is 0.7～9.8MPa, and the steam temperature is saturated superheated steam. This series of boilers involves the synthetic ammonia industry, ethylene industry, sulfuric acid industry, and nitric acid. For industrial and coking industries, this series of boilers can be designed and developed according to various requirements, can operate stably under different loads, and have a 110% overload capacity, long-term operation is safe and reliable, easy to install, low cost, easy to repair and maintain.
