The fuel (gas) is burned by the burner, and the high-temperature flue gas after combustion is radiated and convectively exchanged by the furnace smoke chamber, and then enters the second return threaded smoke pipe, folds from the front smoke box and then enters the third return smoke pipe, and finally passes through the rear smoke box. , Energy saver, discharged from the chimney.
Features:
1. The combustion chamber adopts a corrugated furnace, which increases the heating area, strengthens heat transfer, and has good thermal expansion characteristics. The small smoke chamber adopts a wet back structure, and the high-temperature flue gas is surrounded by the water space, which eliminates the phenomenon of cracks in the boiler tube plate due to thermal fatigue.
2. The smoke pipe adopts the combined structure of threaded tube and smooth tube. The second return pass with higher smoke temperature adopts the threaded tube, and the third return pass with lower smoke temperature adopts the smooth tube to enhance the heat transfer and make the smoke resistance at a suitable level. Within range.
3. The boiler tube plate and the smoke tube are automatically welded by argon arc welding in all positions to ensure the welding quality.
4. It has a rich heating surface and a large enough water space and steam space to ensure the stability of the boiler parameters.
5. The boiler adopts high thermal resistance material and closed metal outer cover as the thermal insulation layer, which has good thermal insulation performance.
6. There are manholes on the top of the boiler; there are hand holes on the lower side for easy inspection. There are fire-viewing holes on the front and back of the boiler to observe the combustion situation in the furnace.
7. The front smoke box adopts high-aluminum high-temperature resistant paint to protect the insulation material from being carried away by the smoke.
8. The boiler is equipped with imported burners, which has high combustion efficiency, and has the functions of ignition program control and overpressure flameout protection.
