working principle:
The vacuum hot water boiler uses oil or gas to heat the heat medium water, which boils in a vacuum state. The steam generated after the heating medium water boils reheats the circulating water in the transfer pipe, thereby providing heating or sanitary hot water to the outside. The whole unit runs under vacuum, which is safe and reliable. Compared with traditional hot water boilers, it has incomparable safety and ease of operation.
Features:
1. The vacuum heat exchange tube adopts high-efficiency heat exchange elements such as spiral stainless steel tubes and three-dimensional finned tubes, which are easy to clean and have a long service life.
2. The inside of the boiler is high-purity water, no scaling and oxidation corrosion, the boiler life is twice that of ordinary boilers
3. The unique front smoke box water jacket technology realizes a real full wet back and low boiler heat loss.
4. The condenser adopts ND steel finned tube high-efficiency heat exchange elements, the heat exchanger has high efficiency and is resistant to low temperature corrosion.
5. The layout of the condenser adopts our company's patented T-type layout with compact structure and small floor space. The minimum exhaust temperature is 40℃. The thermal efficiency is as high as 98%. Considering the latent heat of vaporization up to 106%
6. The boiler body adopts a large combustion chamber design, and the core temperature of the combustion flue gas in the furnace cavity is low, and low NOx emissions are realized.
7. The boiler is cost-effective. Ordinary burners are matched with our company's uniquely designed boiler body, which can stably achieve N0x emissions below 80mg/m³. Far below the current national emission standards.
8. For non-pressurized vessels, users do not need to apply for approval for the annual inspection of the boiler quality inspection department, and do not need to apply for the boiler (special equipment license) operation license, which belongs to non-pressure or negative pressure operation. The inside of the boiler is in a negative pressure state, there is no danger of expansion, explosion or rupture. The hot coal water in the furnace body is closed-loop, and there is no shortage of water, no empty burning, no explosion

The calorific value of natural gas is calculated as 37202KJ//Nm³ (8900kcal/Nm³); the inlet and outlet temperature and working pressure of heating medium water shall be indicated when ordering.
