The DZL series is a single-drum horizontal three-pass fast-installed water-fire tube boiler with an evaporation capacity of 1 to 4t/h, a working pressure of 0.7 to 1.6Mpa, and a saturated steam temperature. The capacity of the hot water boiler is 0.7～2.8MW, the outlet water temperature is 95～115℃, the return water temperature is 70℃, and the working pressure is 0.7～1.0Mpa. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with light pipe water-cooled wall pipes, the upper is connected with the boiler, the lower is connected with the two side headers and the front and rear walls to form a combustion chamber. Two bundles of smoke pipes are placed inside the boiler, and the flue gas after burning in the furnace is used in the smoke pipe. After the two return strokes are scoured longitudinally, they are led to the cast iron economizer arranged separately at the rear, and finally discharged into the chimney through the dust collector.

The lower part of the boiler is combustion equipment, using light chain grate. The boiler is equipped with coal loading machine, slag tapping machine, and electric control box, which can realize the mechanization of coal loading and slagging and automatic control of water supply.

This series of boilers has the advantages of compact structure, small size, single-layer layout, short installation period, and low capital investment.
