In August 2018 our company organized a 2 day outward bound at the development base of Zhongnan Baicaoyuan in Anji. The theme of the activity was “brilliant achievement through joint efforts”. We hoped that our employees could sense and realize the power of personality, improve their teamwork spirit, master the method and skills of communication and fully develop their personal potential through their own experience in the training.
During the training those involved worked wholeheartedly with collective wisdom and concerted efforts, helped and trusted each other, and managed by means of good teamwork to overcome one difficulty after another and finish each event with shared joy of success. The experience lifted our cohesion, helped to shape our positive attitude and great sense of responsibility, and enabled everyone to realize the power and importance of teamwork and cooperation.
