Eliminate Hidden Danger and Perfect Mechanism to Guarantee Absolute Safety

      As spring breeze and rain water nourish plants, training cultivates awareness of safety. On the afternoon of Mar 1^st, to fully implement the mechanism of all employees responsible for safe production, improve their safe production skills, strengthen our safe production management, and prevent effectively accidents, our company invited specially Chen Dali, a teacher from Huishan Society of Emergency Management and Safe Production Management & Training Center, to give us a lesson about safe production and resuming work after Spring Festival Holiday.

      Our Vice General Manager, Gu Liping, first emphasized before the training the importance and urgency of safe production, and pointed out the significance of learning well the first lesson after resuming work, i.e the training. He asked all of us to focus on our work as soon as possible, devote all our efforts to our work, and return quickly to the mode of daily work, and spare no effort to guarantee safety and improve our awareness of safety. 


      Then the speically invited teacher, Chen Dali, gave us a thorough training in such aspects as important safety matters after resuming work, national policies on safety, and the importance and way of specifying safety responsibilities. He analyzed in detail taking the example of several actual cases reasons for such accidents and heavy prices paid by the persons/companies involved, which helped us better understand key points of safe production and enabled us to realize the urgency and importance of safe production after the holiday. 

 
      This training warned us of hidden danger, reminding us to improve our awareness of safety and take all necessary actions to guarantee safety, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent safe production as well. The key is implementation.

      So we suggest that firstly everyone should keep in mind the importance of safety and spare no effort to guarantee safety. We should stick to the philosophy of safety first, and remain vigilant, perceptive, and deft so as to eliminate hidden danger and prevent accidents. Secondly we should specify safety responsibilities, and comply voluntarily with all regulations. We should further raise our awareness of safety, strengthen our management and improve our equipment, implement better the safety responsibility mechanism and detailed safe management rules, and endeavor to overcome our weaknesses. Thirdly we should keep learning to improve our awareness and ability to act properly in an emergency. We should master knowledge on safe production and related laws and regulations, and put it into practice, and improve our ability to identify and locate hidden danger and cope with accidents We should build an atmosphere of everyone “urging each other to implement well safety measures”, lay a solid foundation for safe production, and thus ensure our stable development.
