
Waste heat boilers have been our main product since we developed the first of this type, and meanwhile we’ve also developed in succession a series of products conforming to national environmental protection policies, such as biomass fired boilers, CFB boilers and oil/gas fired boilers with high efficiency and low emission. In recent years we’ve been dedicated to the development of low carbon economy, transforming our products from conventional boilers with high energy consumption to new energy-saving and environment friendly boilers with high added value, and made due contribution to the cause of energy conservation and emission reduction.
In the past many years we’ve provided satisfactory cutting-edge products to a great many clients, such as 3 boilers for the 1x50 MW power generation using waste energy recovered from exhaust gas and supporting facilities project in Shenmu, Shaanxi, 3 boilers for the domestic waste incineration and power generation project of Beikong Environmental Protection in Yanzhou District, Jining, 1 heat recovery steam boiler for Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau, 9 waste heat boilers for Shandong Kailong Carbon Technology (EPC project), 14 biomass fired boilers for Jiangsu Hengli Chemical Fibre, three 75t/h biomass fired boilers and three 2000x104 kcal/h biomass fired thermal oil heaters for Nantong Kanghui, four 2600x104 kcal/h thermal oil heaters for Jiangsu Xuanda, and one 2400x104 kcal/h thermal oil heater for Zhejiang Jinrui.
For the project mentioned in the beginning, we’re supposed to provide two DLS37.5-1.6-SS biomass fired boilers (incl. two 300x104 kcal/h heat exchangers). Burning biomass (wood, strips, particles, etc.), it achieves heat exchange through natural circulation and generates saturated steam with a blowdown rate of only 2%. Now we’re busy making the products, and expect to finish delivery by the end of March, which would be a good start for us.
