Under warm winter sun is everything hidden, growing quietly, and with gentle touch fragrant time immerses us in its beauty. At this time of the year Jiangsu Taihu Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. reached a new milestone. On Dec 26, our new management was established with the issuance of new appointments.
This manager appointment meeting was chaired by our president, Wu Jianming, and leaders from our controlling group, ZhengYi, Yuan Songyi, Zhu Limin and Xiao Zhengjing were also present. During the meeting, our director Yuan Songyi announced the appointment, and leaders from our board of directors issued the letters of appointment. Our new management mainly comprises of General Manager Qiang Xiaomin, Vice General Manager Wang minhu, Production Manager Tian Zhongquan, Vice Sales Manager Wang Yanzhang, Vice Technical Manager Jiang Zhijian, and General Manager Assistant Qian Fengwei. The appointment is not only an honor granted by leaders from our controlling group and our board of directors, but also approval of their abilities and years of hard work. Meanwhile, it brings responsibility and duty, and conveys expectation and anticipation.
In the meeting, Mr. Zheng, representing our controlling group, required that the new management as well as all our managers and employees should attach great importance to team construction, strengthen technological innovation, and continue to learn enterprise culture of Yunsheng Group. In detail, firstly Taihu Equipment has a solid foundation, and there’s no other way than to continue inviting talents specialized in various fields and build a team with high morale can it win competitive edge. Secondly, leading technology and innovative products is the only way to speed up development of new market, and this is also “heirloom" of Yunsheng Group. Finally, integration of the new and old requires more than ever cooperation and cultural resonance. New managers and key members of Taihu Equipment should swear to be a respected person and meanwhile make Taihu a respected enterprise.
During the meeting our president Wu Jianming reviewed our development in the past 4 years. Firstly, we not only moved our production facilities and office building to the same place, but also achieved consistency in management, thought and culture, with our controlling group’s excellent culture being the only guide. Secondly, we rebuilt our facilities. In detail, we built a new workshop covering 10,000m
2, an office building of 5000m
2, and many parking spaces, views and green areas. Thirdly, we expanded our land. In 2024 we acquired 41.3 mu of land. During the whole process including negotiation, site selection, design and bidding, we were greatly supported by leaders from our controlling group. As a result, construction could start as soon as we acquired the land, making us head the list of local project progress. By the end of 2025 we would have finished construction of a new modern workshop of 35000m
2, and own 166mu of land, incl. 88,000m
2 of workshop buildings, providing important manufacturing resources for our rapid development. Meanwhile, our business has further improved during the past 4 years, and we’ve also formulated our future 5-year development strategy and as always been inviting talents. Our great change during the past 4 years is apparent. In 2024 we became a National Specialized and New Little Giant Enterprise on the basis of a provincial one in the previous year, and we were awarded Enterprise of High Quality Development in both 2023 and 2024.
Our general manager Qiang Xiaomin also made a speech in the meeting. He stated that personal success is only a minor achievement, while team success is a complete win and power source of sustainable development of our enterprise. He also said that led by our controlling group and board of directors with President Wu Jianming being the head, he, together with the new management, would turn their 30 years of great affection for the company into power driving development of Taihu Equipment, stick to the philosophy of innovation & cooperation, pragmatism and high efficiency, and persevere in their all-out efforts to offer advice and pave the way for future development of our company and make progress together.
Our senior advisor Gu Liping also stated the key to long-term success of an enterprise was hard work of one generation after another, passing down the torch, and for an enterprise only high product quality could help us win the market, and only product innovation could lead to glory. He said that we could only gain our foothold by solving difficulties and troubles of our clients, and that it was very important to have an outstanding major shareholder, excellent enterprise culture, an exceptional foreman, and a group of cooperative and pragmatic core members for an enterprise to achieve leapfrog development.
After the meeting leaders from our controlling group, and our directors and management visited every part of our company. In particular, they visited our major workshop, test place of high voltage electrode boiler, remote control room and the site of workshop under construction.
The year 2024 is coming to its end, and the new year is approaching. At this time of the year we finished our shift of management. Our new management would led all employees to embark on a new journey of “new look, new phase and new achievement”.
