Diligence Embraces an Early-Coming Spring, the Right Time to Move Forward

      The spring rain that came at the right time on Feb 22, the day of “Rain Water” brought new hope to the earth, giving life endless energy. At this time our meeting commending role models of 2023 started with the national anthem. This meeting was held not only to summarize experience and achievements of the past year, but also to implement at the earliest time the guiding principle of “Keep Innovating” raised by Zhu Yunde, President of Yunsheng Group.  


      This meeting was chaired by Qiang Xiaomin, our Secretary of General Party Branch. He led all of us to study seriously the guiding principle of “Keep Innovating”, which emphasizes that we must attach great importance to technical innovation, raise our awareness of the urgency of technical innovation, stick to the right way of “excellence and specialization” when understanding and implementing technical innovation to keep our leading place in the industry. It also points out that profound understanding and innovation is the source of our development and our core competitive strength, and that we need to achieve our transformation and upgrade by technical innovation and take advantage of the two wheels, “Science and Technology” to drive us to become bigger and stronger. 


      During the meeting our president, Wu Jianming, summarized the work done in 2023. He said that with everyone of Taihu Boiler sticking together and overcoming difficulties our no. of purchase orders, sales amount, taxation, and several other indexes all rose greatly in the past year, reaching the highest point in the past 58 years since our foundation, and that our joint efforts brought a perfect end to the year of 2023, drawing an eye-catching rising curve. With regard to the work to be carried out in 2024, he asked us to stick to the way of technical innovation and spare no effort to achieve excellence and specialization in this respect. He emphasized that confronted with great challenges and opportunities in the latest year we must do well in research & development,                 
      intelligentization upgrade, quality technology management, safe production, etc., keep in mind five key points, i.e. decide early, act quickly, work meticulously, seek high quality, and produce safely, and engage ourselves in the upcoming work with a new outlook and full enthusiasm. 


      During the meeting outstanding individuals and groups making great contribution to the development of our company in 2023 were commended and awarded to encourage them and set an example. Our management commended and granted banners, certificates and prizes to them. Representatives also made speeches to share their experience and set a new target.
