During the meeting, which was chaired by our president Jianming Wu, our administrative director Dongxiao Yang first gave a summary of safe production management done in 2023, and pointed out that we must learn from past grievous accidents, understand deeply the importance of prevention, center on the core concept of “find problems, get rid of hidden troubles, and prevent accidents”during production management, make more efforts in locating and eliminating hidden troubles, and improve further implementation of responsibilities during our safe production management.
The other subject of this meeting is the ceremony of signing the Book of Safe Production Responsibilities of 2024. Our president Jianming Wu first signed the book with management in charge of each line, who then signed the book with their subordinate department managers. In such a manner, our safe production responsibilities are consolidated level after level, from one point to a line and then a surface, covering each aspect of our production process.
Our president Jianming Wu emphasized during the meeting that we shall implement firmly at all levels the safe production guideline of “safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive treatment”, strengthen our “safety risk, safety constraint, and safety motivation” system, improve further our safe management level, assign responsibilities to each individual, enable our management at different levels to be aware that they can never attach too much importance to safety, put the book into real practice instead of merely going through a procedure doing nothing, make sure the annual safe management target of 2024 would be achieved, and thus lay more solid and reliable foundation for our further development.
