Our design department manager Zhongquan Tian has been working in our company for 18 years since he first came here in 1999 after graduation from college. During this time, he has grown up from a beginner to the manager of our design department. This process of learning is long and difficult. With great efforts he overcame one difficulty after another and completed studies one at a time. His hard work eventually turned himself into a proficient and experienced designer, a model technical worker of our company, and a core member of our scientific research and development group who made a great contribution to the development of our new products.
Guoping Wan is the foreman of our pressure part work group of the first manufacturing department. His group is mainly in chagre of production of key pressure parts such as economizers and superheaters. His work is very challenging considering the great varieties of pressure parts, wide range of test pressure from several to over 100 kgf/cm2 and an annual production as large as several hundred boilers. With hard work he has grown up fom a beginner knowing nothing about pressure parts to a foreman who can read drawings, knows technical requirements well, and masters marking-off and setting-out. He has become the backbone of our production department, and has won the award of “outstanding employee” many times.
Most of our employees have grown up here in our enterprise. With the platform we provide and the “gold metal worker” setting an example, they would endeavor to learn professional knowledge and sharpen their skill, honor themselves with hard work, carry forward vigorously craftsmanship spirit, and make contributions to the company.
