Recently 4 sets of 35MW boilers produced by Jiangsu Taihu Boiler Co., Ltd. for the coal to gas project of Yan’an were successfully shipped.
This project involves 4 sets of 50tph hot water boilers newly purchased by municipal government of Yan’an to alter existing heating boilers in response to the central government’s call for energy saving and emission reduction. It is a key project for people’s well-being of Yan’an, and thus heating must start as scheduled on Nov 1
st. Limited time and strict requirements confronted Taihu Boiler who was already operating at full capacity due to too many purchase orders with a great challenge. As a manufacturer specialized in boiler production it is Taihu Boiler’s obligatory duty to ensure people’s well-being, however.
Normally this project requires 4 months to complete due to great difficulty of design and strict manufacturing requirements. Considering the urgent need of our client, Taihu Boiler thought of every means possible to meet the challenge. Elaborate organization and reasonable arrangement enabled us to start product design, material purchase, subcontracting, etc. ahead of time before a formal contract was signed and advanced payment was made. With great efforts we raced against time to shorten the lead time to 1 month and earned precious time for subsequent transportation, installation and commissioning so that heating may start as scheduled, and yet spared no effort to guarantee high quality and sufficient quantity.
In this process our management, technicians, designers and front-line workers volunteered to work overtime to finish the project beforehand. Such good faith and dedication is highly appreciated.
