Taihu Boiler’s Case of “The Way of Innovation” Included in Top 100 Case Studies of Modern Enterprises of 1991-2018

On Jan 8 2019 the 1st Localized Management Soft Power Conference was ceremoniously held in National Academy of Education Administration in Beijing. Over 300 people attended the meeting, including Zhongming Wang, the deputy secretary general of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Yiping Zhou, former director UNOSSC, and Shulin Li, head of China Academy of Management Science and president and chief editor of Management Observer. Our general manager Shihong Lu was also present.
 





Leaders such as Zhongming Wang, Yiping Zhou and Shulin Li addressed the meeting one by one. In the meeting the top 100 case studies of modern enterprises of 1991-2018 were announced, and our case “The Way of Innovation” (1995) was included. Prizes such as Modern Enterprise with Great Soft Power and Meritorious Service in Preparing an Enterprise Case were also awarded. Taihu Boiler received the former prize and our president Daojun Lu and general manager Shihong Lu won the latter.
During the meeting our general manager Shihong Lu made as an entrepreneur representative a speech named “Management Innovation Driving Sustainable Development of An Enterprise”. He introduced in detail in terms of the background and value of preparing “The Way of Innovation” and its influence on innovative management how Taihu Boiler established by means of management and technical innovation a brand new market oriented development mode that focused on energy saving and consumption reduction, emission reduction, and talent training to achieve sustainable development, and his speech was well received.
