The training went on until 17:30 pm, and both the teacher and our welders were immersed in the class without taking any break.
During this training the teacher combined both theoretical instruction and on-the-spot guide, frequently interacted and communicated with our workers, and in particular sharpened their regularly used skills such as flat welding, horizontal position welding and vertical position welding. The vivid lecturing brought great effects, and greatly motivated our workers. This training improved firmly the overall capability of our welders, and laid a solid foundation for futher improvement of our product quality.
