三、Our president Wu Jianming delivering an important speech
Our president Wu Jianming first congratulated most sincerely all commended employees, then praised our achievements in the year 2022, and also pointed out some existing problems and weaknesses. With our factory working in full capacity at the beginning of 2023, he requested that firstly we speed up our work and yet ensure high quality, keeping the customers, company and ourselves all satisfied and secondly never neglect the importance of safety during work, and thirdly veteran workers help and guide those newcomers. He also hoped that each employee would behave proactively instead of standing by a tree stump waiting for a hare to achieve a brilliant future.
