Announcement of Pairing Results
Firstly our administrative director Yang Dongxiao set forth briefly the master-apprentice pairing plan, and our president Wu Jianming stated the significance of this ceremony. He pointed out that experienced workers should guide and help new recruits as far as possible, which was not only crucial to their growing, but also manifest our enterprise culture of passing down workmanship from generation to generation. Besides, he required that each apprentice should learn how to think, work and behave, and hoped that masters would spare no effort in teaching and apprentices learn diligently so that they could improve together. He hoped that it would make the company, masters and apprentices all satisfied. Next our administrative director Yang Dongxiao announced the 7 pairs of masters and apprentices.
Establishing Ambition & Assuming Responsibility
Secondly each apprentice made a self-introduction, talked briefly about their feeling of becoming a new employee, and set their targets, and masters showed their expectation and concern. The apprentices’ ambition was greeted by masters’ promise of sparing no effort in teaching. Then both parties signed an agreement, which is not only a certificate, a promise, but more a share of responsibility, and becoming formally a pair. They would fulfill their targets and promises by action and persistence. The apprentices held their masters in high regard, and a deep affection formed between them, warming both parties’ heart.
Understanding Duties & Shouldering a Heavy Load
Thirdly the management gave their opinions one by one. Specifically our deputy general manager Gu Liping expected that the masters would not only teach skills, but also carry forward our enterprise culture, and that they would accept advanced ideas of the young generation and keep learning new technologies & theories while passing down their experience & expertise. He also hoped that the young generation would stick to their original aspiration, overcome difficulties, cherish opportunities, accept modestly instruction, display fully their abilities, and become a capable talent as soon as possible.
Expressing Expectations & Looking into the Future
Looking into the future our president Wu Jianming summarized that “only by common progress of all employees can a company really improve, and to make our company better everyone should endeavor to make progress and work with enthusiasm, regarding boiler manufacturing as a great cause beneficial to the public.”
He hoped that everyone would keep learning, stick to the motto of constantly making progress with great enthusiasm, seek excelsior the whole life, remain practical and strive to achieve one’s personal value by practicing and learning from the past.
